Data Deletion

PedroPixel (“we”, “us”) respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we process, how to ask us to delete it, and how long it takes.

1. Who we are

2. What data we process

• Contact and quote requests: name, email address, phone
  number, company and the message you send through our forms.
• Audit requests: the website URL and details you provide
  to receive a free audit.
• Client project data: information you share with us while
  we work together (access credentials, content, brand assets).
• Usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages
  visited, collected through analytics and security tools.
• Platform data: if you contact us or interact with us
  through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X or WhatsApp, we receive the data
  those platforms share with us.

3. How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• The email address, phone number or account you used with us.
• The type of data you want deleted (for example: contact form, audit
  request, newsletter, project files).
• If you contacted us through a social platform, the name of that platform
  and your username there.

4. What we delete and how long it takes

We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days. We will delete:

• Contact, quote and audit request records.
• Marketing and newsletter subscriptions.
• Uploaded files and project material that are not legally required.
• Analytics identifiers associated with you, where technically possible.

We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

5. Data we may need to keep

We may retain a limited set of records when the law requires it, for example invoices and tax records (up to 7 years under Ecuadorian tax law), or information needed to defend a legal claim. In those cases we keep only the minimum necessary and restrict access to it. We may also keep anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you.

6. Third-party platforms

Some data is stored by services we use to operate, such as our hosting provider, email provider and analytics tools. When you ask us to delete your data, we forward the request to those providers where applicable.

If you connected to us through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove our app and its data from your account at any time:

Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, select the app and choose Remove.

7. Your other rights

You can also ask us to access, correct, restrict or export your data, or to object to its processing. Use the same email address and subject line, and we will respond within the same timeframes.
